Alarm Cushion

 The alarm cushion has a integral pressure sensor that acivates an alarm when a resident leaves the day chair.  The alarm is mounted on the rear of the chair away from the residents reach.  Powered by a 9 volt battery available in supermarkets.

 The cushion measures 40 x 45 x 9cm it has a zippered vynyl with cloth cover that is removable and washable.

 The cushion is designed to be used as a sigaling devise to alert caregivers that a patient has left the day chair or has fallen or about to slide off the seat.
